the art of change

The arts as a movement, as a culture, as an expression of what is it to be human have had and continue to play a profoundly important role in change, in dissent, in challenging the status quo and celebrating our successes as human beings to make things work better for all. They also play a crucial role in fostering and sustaining our sense of selves, our energies and our ability to connect to other by all five physical and many non physical means.

The image above comes from the extraordinary Good Trouble magazine: a fantastic smorgasbord of art and activism - in their own words, a magazine which
celebrates the culture of resistance.

And now we need to work together like we have never worked together before.
