We've been talking about the environment in the wrong terms for a long time. Like it's something other than us. Which would be funny if it weren't so catastrophically misguided. Everything in us, and round us, comes from the earth. Common sense would suggest we manage it as a shared asset. So more and more people are turning against the extractive habit and starting to find ways to encourage us all to put something back into the ground that actually keeps us breathing. Not, when you think about it, such a radically ridiculous idea....just saying. There is *so* much to get insanely excited about .. it's just up to us to get stuck into the good stuff. :)

And to get you started - check out Greta. She is beyond extra-ordinary.
Janine Benyus. Bioneer ... this youtube clip might just open up a box of fireworks in your head. Know a scientist? Show them this ... :) ... no, really ...
Soil: the beginning and end of life on earth.
"growth": this is not a word that was invented by economists. Regardless of how much they try and tell you otherwise...
Shared Assets: land - who owns it, who gets to use it, and who decides how to manage it for all: a shared asset. These guys rock.
Permaculture Association: full of what are affectionately known as "permies". Just means growing in a way that sustains the land - and sustains us. Duh. Brilliant network.
Vandana Shiva. Can only be simply described as a force of nature. Interdisciplinary activist, physicist, agri-economist, writer, teacher, disruptor par excellence. Click the link for more ...
Women Who Farm: Strong Women of Sustainable Agriculture. Brilliant.
