the psychology of change:
the importance of knowing what,
knowing how and knowing why

Winter 2023
A Collective Feast for Mind, Heart and Soul
Kresen Kernow, 2 December 2023

After a long wait, we gathered: and what a joy to have so many of us in the same actual, physical, room. There were a lot of hugs (hugs with meaning, as Pat said) and lots of old and new connections made and remade...

We talked about what happens in our heads, and our environments, communities and institutions; and how they interact; and how
we can work better in the knowledge that so much of what drives us all
is not always there to see.

So if we want to connect on the issue of climate, learning to empathise and listen first is a splendid good step ... cos this stuff is hard.

Even harder when you are driven by a sense of enormous urgency and are agonised by the inaction around us.

Everyone shared valuable, personal, creative, inspirational wisdom on the day, so have a look below and if you can use it, do - and if you have more ideas, to offer them up in the comments section!

some of the odd stuff that goes on in all our heads, and how change happens outside and in our institutions
